Miles & Miles

Miles & Miles, London’s premier car rental company since 1953. With a rich legacy of providing the widest selection of vehicles for hire in the capital, Miles & Miles stands as a beacon of quality and reliability in the industry.

Miles & Miles needs a mobile app as car rental services gain popularity. Mobile apps offer convenience and flexibility for accessing cars without ownership. They're essential for transportation needs.

Problem definition

The company offers a convenient booking experience by providing mobile access for browsing available vehicles, checking rental rates, and making reservations anytime, anywhere. This enhances customer satisfaction, streamlines the booking process, and gives the company a competitive edge.

User journey

I made a user flow using Figjam that covers everything from launching the app to booking a vehicle. The journey starts with browsing a selection of luxury vehicles, exploring vehicle details, and smoothly transitioning into booking. Users receive a confirmation screen after booking.
